Chef JP is a family passion that is growing. Our mission is to provide family’s with quality products that they can enjoy in convenient packaging. Chef JP provides catering services, prepared frozen foods, and specialty items.

Jeff Parent is the 2007 World Jambalaya Champion. He has been in the kitchen for 23 years cooking with his mother, Carolyn Sanchez Parent. Most of Jeff’s recipes are derived from many years of cooking with his mother and sisters.

Lori Parent is the business quality manager. She organizes and tracks the daily operations along with being the chief taste tester and pushes new product roll-out.

Brenda Lambert is Chef JP’s personal shopper, kitchen help and marketing/sales.

Scott Duplechein assists with cooking and marketing/sales.

Carolyn Parent assists with cooking, the introduction of new products and telling Jeff what to do.
